The Studio

The physician
and the producer.

WorldSpire Media is a family practice in the literal sense — a practicing gastroenterologist and the founder of its production system, holding every film to the same two standards: clinically defensible, cinematically undeniable.

Mark A. Molos, MD

Gastroenterologist · Co-Founder, Endo-TAGSS

Dr. Molos was born in Kansas City, Missouri and received his Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Medicine degrees from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Medicine, Kansas City, Missouri. He completed an Internship in Internal Medicine at St Luke's Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri and his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Medicine and Affiliated Hospitals. His fellowship in Gastroenterology was completed at Truman Medical Center and the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Medicine.

Dr. Molos entered private practice in gastroenterology in the Kansas City, Kansas area in 1986 and was affiliated with two multispecialty groups through 1998. In 1998 he started his own Gastroenterology single specialty practice WestGlen Gastrointestinal Consultants where he was CEO and Managing Partner until selling the practice in 2023. In 1998 he also was a founding partner of WestGlen Endoscopy Center in Shawnee, Kansas through 2024. He remained with the practice until 2024. From 2024 through 2026 he practiced Gastroenterology at the Cleveland Clinic Florida in West Palm Beach.

Dr. Molos is a co-founder of Endo-TAGSS and one of the physicians behind TAGSS — the Trans-Abdominal Gastric Surgical System, a patented gastric-access platform in development that is placed inside-out like a pull-type PEG tube and admits standard laparoscopic instruments through a single 12-millimeter port. Studied in preclinical models across procedures ranging from pyloroplasty for gastroparesis to fundoplication, myotomy, and gastric-sleeve applications, the platform is protected by multiple awarded U.S. and international patents and has been presented at Digestive Disease Week. The two films featured on this site visualize that device and its procedure.

At WorldSpire, Dr. Molos serves as Medical Director — a board-certified gastroenterologist reviewing every film for anatomical, procedural, and communication accuracy before release.

Matt Molos

JD · LL.M, Entertainment & IP Law · Production Systems

Matt Molos is the founder of WorldSpire Media and the architect of its production system. He studied entrepreneurship and music business at Belmont University, then earned his JD and an LL.M in Entertainment and Intellectual Property Law from the University of Miami School of Law — training that shapes how the studio handles claims discipline, client IP, and regulatory nuance.

For more than a decade he has helped build Endo-TAGSS, his father's medical-device company, from the ground up — developing awarded U.S. and PCT patents alongside patent counsel and physicians, filing the TAGSS trademarks, and producing the presentations and strategic materials that carried the device to MedTech Innovator and investor audiences.

Since 2020 he has built AI-accelerated workflows for regulatory research, procedure modeling, and investor systems — turning weeks of work into days. WorldSpire is that discipline made into a studio: every film produced end to end, physician-reviewed, and delivered on timelines conventional production can't touch.

Every engagement is producer-led: one point of contact from qualification to delivery, with an honest read on scope and timeline within one business day.
